Counting our blessings
David is one month old today! What a month it has been. We feel so blessed by his birth and that he has been so healthy since then. We've also been blessed by the generosity of our friends and family. Everyone is so excited about the little one and also eager to help out his sleep-deprived parents. Friends have lent helping hands and David has had no shortage of cuddles, especially when family visited over the holidays! Thank you to everyone for sharing our excitement during this special time!

What a Year!
Well, 2006 was a fantastic year for Diana and I. We were blessed with the news of Diana's pregnancy and were given the fantastic gift of a beautiful, healthy baby boy on December 6. Still reeling from the excitement and joy, we look forward as a family to a wonderful 2007 and beyond. (For those of you who are wondering, Musashi has adjusted wonderfully to the baby being in our lives. No problems at all. He is a great dog!)
Touchdown!
Our beautiful and healthy baby boy, David Kieran Alexander Ridgeway, was born on December 6, 2006 at 1:07 am. He weighed in at a hefty 2,622 grams (5 pounds, 12.5 ounces) and had a length of 48 cm (18.9 inches). Mom and Dad are ecstatic.
